A public record of everyday movement
How movement changes over a life. Yours, and everyone's.
Health data you can find is either a snapshot or a countdown. This is neither. Living Life Data draws the slope: how the daily movement of ordinary people changes as they age, and where your own line sits against it. People contribute from the phone they already carry. We aggregate. Everyone sees the same map.
Daily steps across a life
Demo dataYour week
One card a week. No streaks, no rings, no verdict.
Daily numbers are noise. A week is the unit people think in. The card shows your week, your age group's week, and how this week sits against your own last twelve. The population is the story; your number is a footnote.
Where your month sits, 60 to 69
Demo dataHow it works
Contribute once. Then live normally.
Install and choose
Read what the project is, pick which measurements to send (steps, distance, optionally resting heart rate), and give the phone's health store permission. Age bracket and broad region are optional, asked once, with the reason stated.
Your phone does the rest
Daily summaries sync in the background from Apple Health, and later from Android Health Connect. No logging, no extra exercise, no watch required. You can see exactly what was sent and when.
The map updates on a schedule
Released snapshots, not live queries. Every cell has at least 50 contributors or it is not shown. Definitions and release dates sit beside every chart.
Stop any time
Pause, export, withdraw, or delete from inside the app. Each control says exactly what it does and what it does not. Privacy and control.

A contributor-day is one person on one date with at least one valid measurement. Person-years are contributor-days divided by 365.25 and do not imply continuous wear. How every number is counted.
