Living Life Data is operated by OhanaCodes LLC in Boulder, Colorado. One small company, no investors, no advertising, a fifty-year intention and an honest closure plan if that intention ever cannot be kept.

Contact details are kept separate from contribution records and are never used for marketing.
If something goes wrong
A short incident plan exists before the first contributor is accepted: contain, pause affected collection, investigate before declaring anything, rotate credentials, and notify contributors and authorities where required. The Methods and Privacy pages are updated with any significant outage or change in calculation, dated.
If the project ends
New contributions stop, a dated notice is published, contributors are notified through the agreed channel, an export window is offered, and records are either passed to a steward under the same commitments or deleted. Nothing about a contribution is ever sold as part of a closure.
